Raja Yoga comprises 8 pieces that provide a lens for relationship within our Self and our community. These 8 pieces represent parts of the whole path, like the facets of an 8 sided die, or 8 limbs of a tree.


' Hatha ' ( Huh tuh ) is ' Sun Moon ' and honors the balance created between energy forces. It is a focus on the first five of these facets to prepare for the last three.


Hatha is a living lineage rather than a style of yoga, originating from Raja Yoga over 5,000 years ago. These sacred practices have been lovingly protected and passed down from Teacher to Student, Swami to Sadhaka, ever since.
