Notice the movement of breath
in the body





allow breath to move   gently   into the belly



softly  expand  the ribs, lightly fill the chest


slowly   exhale   and   relax   the  shoulders,  chest,      ribs,      belly


  





repeat as   deep   and as   long   as you like

 
listen ,       honor  the body's messages





This is ' Yogic Breath '


It brings 7 times more oxygen  into the body than a subconscious autonomic breath



Notice the  Prana  that breath brings into the body
' Prana '  translates to ' life force '
